Dotcom will fix any faults that are reproducible when running correctly configured, compatible versions of our products in a supported version of DotNetNuke. In this context, a fault is application behaviour that is not as intended. Dotcom reserves all rights to define the intended behaviour of its products.

Free support

We provide free support to users of our products at our discretion and on a best-efforts basis. All other support is billable at our regular consultancy rates. Contact us for further details.
